I hope you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed the rain! I just want to draw your attention to the new information on the parenting page. I have begun including information about groups and services available in Dubai to support your children as well. Many medical and therapeutic centers here offer group support for children on a variety of topics. I hope you find them useful!

Good Morning!
I hope you are well. :o). I just wanted to draw your attention to a few new things that have been posted. The November issue of my counseling newsletter has been posted. The focus this month is on discipline - what it means and what are some good tips and tricks to make it as effective as possible. I have also included some parenting and wellness events that are taking place throughout the month of November.
